These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 980kr (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://980kr.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, features, content and functionality offered by 980kr, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports wagering and instant games (collectively, the "Services").

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
980kr reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residency and source of funds at any stage. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Platform, the Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, pending withdrawals and Bonus Funds at the Platform's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 980kr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 980kr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by email. Account closure requests will be processed subject to any pending verification requirements and after all outstanding bets have been settled.
980kr applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as part of its operating framework. These procedures are designed to prevent fraud, underage gambling and financial crime, and to verify the identity and eligibility of account holders.
The Platform may request, at any time and without prior notice, any of the following:
Withdrawals will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been provided and approved. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed.
Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without notice. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with the withdrawal terms applicable at the time of the request. 980kr reserves the right to apply processing times that vary depending on the payment method and account status.
Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account, subject to the Platform's anti-fraud procedures. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency designated at the time of Account creation. Where transactions involve currency conversion, applicable exchange rates apply and conversion costs may be incurred. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) references on the Platform are for informational context and are subject to the Platform's displayed currency settings.
980kr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
All bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. 980kr reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet without prior notice, including where it believes a bet has been placed in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each sport or market as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's decision shall be final, subject to the disputes procedure below. Cricket markets — including PSL and ICC tournament events — are settled using official scorecards from the relevant governing body.
A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a specified period, where a manifestly incorrect price was offered, or in any other circumstances described in the sport-specific rules published by 980kr. Void bet stakes are returned to the User's Account.
Live in-play markets are subject to delay, suspension or removal at any time without notice. Bets submitted during a period when a market is suspended will not be accepted. 980kr does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market.
Casino games, live dealer games, slots and instant games on the Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of these games are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or live physical processes, as applicable. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative figures based on theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session or player. Short-term outcomes may deviate significantly from stated RTP figures.
In the event of a technical fault, game interruption or communication error during a game round, 980kr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Where a game round has been fully completed and a result confirmed by the game system, that result stands.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 980kr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 980kr's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
980kr reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where a change is material, we may notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, though we do not guarantee such notification in all cases.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
